Q: Are these trainings private?

A: Our training "class" has a limited number of attendees.  Our top priority is for us to focus on your individual attention. There is typically no more than four on-air guests during any one class – all from non-competitive product categories..

Q: Do you schedule private (“one-on-one”) trainings?
A: Yes. Certain vendors request private trainings. This is typically the case when you are launching a "line" of products - meaning  several products at one time. This gives us the opportunity to work through all of the items you will be launching on-air. In order to book a private class, please email Chelsea@BobCircosta.com for availability.

Q: Will Bob Circosta be a part of my training?
A: Yes, all classes are taught by Bob Circosta and Chelsea Scott, VP of Training.

Q: How long does the training class last?
A: Of course, this varies according to the specific needs of the training.   Our training classes typically start late morning and last all day.  However, we work with you until both you  and Bob are satisfied with your progress.

Q: Do you offer follow up classes?
A: Yes. Many guests realize the benefit of on-going training. We have found after the initial launch on the air, many spokespeople tape the shows and find it very valuable and beneficial to come in for a follow-up tape review. We offer many programs that we can customize for your specific needs.

Q: Do you ever get more involved with vendors such as long-term training?
A: Yes, please contact Chelsea@BobCircosta.com for more information about our “On-Air Brand Management Program.”

Q: How should I dress for the training class?
A: In a word – comfortable.  You will be put on video, however, this video is just for you. In addition, upon advance notice, we can make you a video for on-air guest approval. In this case you want to dress as you would on the air.

Q: Is there a break for lunch?
A: Yes, there is a break for lunch.

Q: Where are your offices?
A: Please go to the DIRECTIONS page on this site for further information directly from Map Quest.

Q: What should I bring to the training class?
A: PRIOR to the training class, you should send a sample of the product, information about the product (we prefer the approved features/benefits from HSN), your bio and company information. This helps us properly prepare for your arrival. In addition, if you have been on-air selling anything on any shopping channel and have a video or DVD, please bring this with you.

Q: Do I need any paper or books?
A: You will receive everything you need when you start the class.

Q: Can my vendor, publicist, manager, and/or company representative sit in on the training?
A: We make it a priority to focus on YOU during the training class. However, if you want an additional person from your company to sit in on the class, please let us know AHEAD OF TIME when scheduling the training. We will need to know the person's name and relationship to the on-air guest.

Q: Can we record or videotape the training class?
A: Sorry, no.

Q: How do we pay for the training class?
A: You may pay for your session with American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover or by your company check. Please keep in mind that full payment of your scheduled class is required to hold and confirm your training class.
